As I said in my initial posting, that doesn't work either.

When I choose "Print to file" and click the OK button I get the error
message (on console)

"fixme:commdlg:PRINTDLG_UpdatePrintDlgW No lpdm ptr?
fixme:commdlg:PRINTDLG_WMCommandW Update printdlg was not successful!"

which means nothing to me.
