Please don't use "native" directory, this is not recommanded.

What is shown in the console ?
It looks like you have some DLL overrides in winecfg, if you remove them
you should get the same results with /mnt/c than with ~/.wine/drive_c
and then we could know where is the problem.

From where did you get Wine ? Did you build it yourself ?
