- How did you get Wine, did you build it yourself ?

- Do you have cups running ?
$ ps aux | grep cupsd

- Try to upgrade to current Wine.

- Try to don't use winetools (start with a clean ~/.wine)
$ mv ~/.wine ~/.wine.bak

- What is shown in the console when printing ?
