Thanks a lot to all for hints  and help. At the moment my problem isn't
WINE anymore. It seems to be CUPS 1.2.x . Fact is, I have no printer at
all. Perhaps I shall downgrade to cups 1.1.x again, until the (many?!)
cups-problems are solved.
