[Wine] running BrilliantPhoto - installed fine

You need to add it to dlls/ntdll/time.c and then generate and submit a
patch. Instructions can be found on winehq.org. BTW, what time zone is
IDT? A quick web search reveals that it is one of Israeli/Iran/Indian
Daylight Time.
