[Wine] MP3Tag not starting

Hi there,
I have a Problem starting MP3Tag 2.32a although the AppDB says there
should be no problems. The application does not start, but leaves Error
messages in the Terminal:

I'm using wine 0.9.9-0ubuntu2, what should I do?
