[Wine] fixme:mci:MCI_LoadMciDriver Couldn't load driver for type L"MPEGVIDEO"

I'm trying to run an application called "Sprakknep" 
(http://www.softogram.se/sprakknep.html), which uses audio output. The 
application fails with a dialog box saying:

"The specified device is not open or is not recognized by MCI"

When running with WINEDEBUG=+mci, I get:

If you don't have a windows installation accessible from Wine,
you perhaps forgot to create a [mci] section in system.ini

Any ideas?
