[Wine] Installing IE6 in wine-0.9.8

I copied inseng.dll from my WinXP partition to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32 and registered it using "wine regedit inseng.dll.

The problem remains though.

I am running FreeBSD 6.0.
