[Wine] IE HTML rendering problem with wine 0.9.8

Hi!  I installed both wine-0.9.8 and wine-0.9.9 and winetools.  I've
installed IE 6 using winetools and IE 6 starts just fine but doesn't
render any HTML pages, but instead displays a "HTML rendering is
currently disabled" message.

I did some searching on Google and found this message on the wine-devel
mailing list:

How do I enable HTML rendering in IE?  I'm running on Linux with a
2.6.15.5 kernel.
