[Wine] No fonts/characters in latest wine

The SuSE 9.3 RPM is known broken. If I understand correctly, you didn't
do a complete cleaning of your system before compiling wine. Maybe you
should do that and repeat the ./configure; make depend; make cycle.
Make sure that the configure output shows that fontforge was found.
