[Wine] Re: Voice of Japan

I have found out another thing about Voice of Japan:  I tried again to
install it on Linux and there where 3 error messages: 
  
"Error registering c:\windows\system\Mp3Enc.ocx"
"Error registering c:\windows\system\lhspttsx01a.ocx"
"Error registering c:\windows\system\ToolTip1.dll"

I have found these files in the right folder (.wine/drive_c/windows/system)
but is there any possibility to register them manually?
