[Wine] using existing windows installation

hi

I recently got ubuntu dapper, very good...

The only problem is i didn't give myself enough diskspace to install
anything decent (and can't be bothered repartioning)

and so i want to be able to use my existing installation of windows as
wine...

Is this possible and if it were possible, would this eliminate problems
associated with using wine? (such as programs not working properly)
