[Wine] wine PPTVIEW on 64 bits seems to run fast

	Why do you want to slow down the program? And what do yor mean exactly? Make 
the application to use less CPU cycles or maybe you think that WINE has 
timing issues with this program (for example refreshes something too 
frequently but on Windows on the same or similar machine it's normal)?
