[Wine] Diff WineHQ CodeWeavers

What is the difference between the offerings of WineHQ and
CodeWeavers?  I thought the two collaborate.

I'm building on Mac Intel.

If I basically follow
http://www.forexfactory.com/showpost.php?p=1453321&postcount=7 I get
good results (seeing proper icons and it appears to function).

If I try the same with 0.9.40 and 0.9.42, the icons are missing
although it appears to function.

I already had X11 and Xcode installed, so I just copied the dll's and
the font.  I also built wine with fontforge and freetype.

The errors I get are multiples of the following unique entries:
