[Wine] purpose of winelib?

In theory it is possible, but I doubt non X86 porting is really being 
maintained by anyone, so probably significant work would be required to 
make it work. Since pretty much every PC/Mac sold now is (AFAIK) X86 
based, there really is not much need for that.
