[Wine] Unable to find a volume for file extraction

Hi,

   I am trying to install .NET framework 3.0 by command "wine
dotnetfx3.exe". Then it prompts a dailog to complain "Unable to find a
volume for file extraction". Therefore, I run "cabextract" on
dotnetfx3.exe to extract the setup.exe. Execute this file could bring
up the installer program, however, it will say only 0MB disk space is
available on the disk. The setup can't continue due to the above
error.

  How to let wine to tell the program the correct diskspace available?
