[Wine] Cannot maximise or resize window.

What settings are you using in the Graphics tab of winecfg?
Which window manager are you using in Linux?

a more convenient way to start the program would be to create an 
appropriate .desktop file and put it in your desktop folder. It will 
have an Exec value of 'wine 'C:\Programs\<filename>.exe
