Wine with CUPS:

Find your Printers: from CUPS
PPD-File for your Printer: from CUPS
Print the Postscript-File: lpr

Wine without CUPS:
Find your Printers: from /etc/printcap
PPD-File for your Printer: from the Registry; default is "generic.ppd"
                    ( see: http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys )
Print the Postscript-File: lpr
