[Wine] Weatherscope mouse button issues

Have you tried 

WINEDEBUG=+loaddll wine <path to weatherscope> provoking your mouse, and
noting in the what dll is in use and setting that one native? BTW, I
uninstalled it here - I don't worry what the weather is in Oklahoma -
I'm concerned with Ireland.
