Ahh, from the command line you posted, it looked like you were trying to 
use an ISO... or are you trying to create a multi-volume CD by mixing a 
ISO and another image in a proprietary format? If you give me a bit of 
time, I will Google my ass off and find you a converter for Linux, 
provided that one is available. If I find a simple Windows one that's 
with source, CLI, and pure C, I could probably rewrite it for Linux for ya.

Now, if you mind me, I need to practice my ^T in Firefox, cause just one 
instance of Google is a slow way to search
