I've just checked on my XP system and although the Logpixels part of my registry 
is the same there aren't any fonts with those names actually used by Windows. 
You don't need to download those fonts.

You haven't said if you have a Windows installation on your computer. If you do 
then copying the fonts from that to the right folder will mean they 
automatically get picked. If you don't then this project (which I haven't tried 
myself) might help.
