[Wine] How to get Cups to work with wine?

I finally got wine working, but cannot print under wine.
Regular printing from Linux applications works fine.
But when I run: wine notepad.exe and try to print, I see this message:
"Cannot print" ... and ... "No printers installed."
How do I get wine to see my printer?
And/or -- what config files do I need to check?
