[Wine] why the menus and icons are always blinking?

I used ubuntu 6 for intel-pc and got wine via apt-get (0.9.22).
I had a series of software for chemistry. All these apps did work, but
the menus and icons are always blinking! Some of the information
displayed on a terminal are listed below:

fixme:imm:ImmReleaseContext (0x901ac, 0x15f600): stub
fixme:imm:ImmReleaseContext (0x901ae, 0x15f600): stub

How can I fix these problems?
