[Wine] error, please help

i am trying to regester a dll i need for a program i want to use but i
am getting the following error

$ wine regsvr32 MSVBVM60.dll
Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded.
Make sure that your X server is running and that $DISPLAY is set
correctly.
Failed to load DLL MSVBVM60.dll

help anyone?

i am using the newest Free BSD and wine
