[Wine] help in using both linux and windows lib

hi all,
i am writing this app thich needs some thirty party libs. the problem
is some of the library are compiled in linux while others are compiled
in windows. i am new to this Wine thing. therefore, just wondering that
if Winelib is definitly a solution to my problem.
