We believe that ActivCard integrates into the Windows Crypto API.  So I
think what is needed is a module for the Windows Crypto API that passes
the call off to a Linux PKCS#11 module.  To be able to generically use
any PKCS#11 module would be nice, but for my purposes it would be
sufficient if it only worked with Coolkey.
