[Wine] Winecfg error

I was trying to get Office 2003 workinhg under Wine and following a web
page I changed some dll settings in winecfg. The problem now is I can't
start winecfg at all let alone run any apps. When I try to run winecfg
I get

How do I get back into wincfg to change the settings if I can't open
wincfg.
