I have found a solution here:

It is simply to install the game over steam. I got everything
installed overnight. It is 6GB to have everything: episode one, death
match, lost coast.

I have tried lost coast first out of curiosity. It works ok but not
more. There are obvious video glitches and frequent slow downs. Still
nice to be able to play though. I'm always amazed with what wine can
do.
