[Wine] command demands double quotes

You were close. You can't put the arguments and the program exe all in
one string. Try this.

wine "C:/Program Files/dynaterm8/dynaterm.exe" –connect:\"con1\"

or

wine C:/Program\ Files/dynaterm8/dynaterm.exe –connect:\"con1\"

both of those types work for me
