Problem solved, did alotta digging and found wine on x64 OS's require lib32nss-mdns, and Debian doesn't have it as a dependency so it doesn't auto install when apt installing Wine. Still crash on some Steam game servers due to something they do in their web page (probably flash or something) but on most its fixed now.
