[Wine] downloading WINE not from a linux machine.

This isn't Windows:  No need to reinstall over something so trivial (I'm still 
on my first Debian install from 1997, the install has outlived 8 entire 
computer systems now).  Just follow the advice apt gives you; in this case, 
install binfmt-support.
