Wien can't manage Linux firewalls - if needed, you should add an exception in the Linux firewall utility.

The crash you have is a different problem. This is probably a known problem of Esperanto locale not providing a font signature. This is fixed in Wine 1.1.x and the patch is in the stable branch to be included in the next stable release 1.0.1.
