It crashes for me the same way, with native urlmon the crash seems to be gone, so it's likely a bug in wine's urlmon dll. I tried fill in some bogus stuff, but the app couldn't connect it said, with native wininet it got a bit better i think, at least it said my password was invalid (as i don't have an account i guess that's plausible)

Is the app functional for you with native urlmon as well?
