Looks like it needs msscript.ocx. I'm not sure if that can be installed with winetricks. You could copy it from a windowspartition into ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/

and then register it : "regsvr32 msscript.ocx"

Maybe that 'll get you a bit further
