Sorry I am not sure, I did many different things with wine so maybe it could be that I did some commands as su (root). 

Please it is very important for me that Topix can run with wine, so please can you tell me how I can uninstall wine, and install it new without mistakes and with working winetricks.

Which winetricks options are important, what can you recommend to me?

In which correct order I have to install wine?
First wine, after winetricks and latest Topix?
