You might try emailing bob at powerbasic.com explaining the reason you want it with a  cc to support at powerbasic.com. 

I have seen numerous other chm files with the the same basic failures so it should not be too difficult find one. I don't use wine enough for it to concern me. I posted primarily because the claim that it's fixed is false.

As for the bug report I believe it was 10166 ??
