The PCBArtist starts to unpack itself, tries to do something Wine can't/won't handle and dies. Doesn't seem to make a difference if I double-click on the executable in the download directory or place the executable in any other directory including the temp directory under .wine/windows/temp or run it directly from the terminal command line. Same results every time. I get a "windows installer-installation wrapper" error box almost instantly with a bunch of mumbo jumbo in it that when I try to do what it says, accomplishes nothing.

Let me see if I've got this straight. You know perfectly well how to run the app from the command line, but are too lazy to copy and paste the terminal output to the forum so that someone with more experience can help you interpret it. Instead, you are hoping that a total stranger with nothing better to do will take the time to hunt down a place to download this app, download it, install it, figure out how to make it work, and spoonfeed you the solution, which you're not going to follow anyway if it involves doing anything you find too mentally taxing.
Have I missed anything?
