[Wine] Wine Windows Too Large

All the windows in Wine take up the entire screen but they are not scaled so I can only see part of the window. Examples:

Is there any option to make these windows smaller? I cant use the Size feature when you right click on the title bar. I am using Wine 1.0 on Ubuntu 8.04. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
