This bug is maybe related with bug 13185, which affects SolidWorks. http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=8983
 It is a regression of the long-time known  OpenGL child windows bug. 

As far as i understand it, the issue is related to a bad management of multiples drawables or windows, especially with line redrawing in CAD applications.

I'm really surprised that no other 3D CAD apps are impacted. Maybe lack of testing ?
