hmm, that E_ADO_COULD_NOT_CONNECT ADO error is still there..... Maybe you could try install on a new ~/.wine, and do first wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks && sh winetricks art2kmin mdac27 then install, and try run again. If that doesn't help i guess i'm out of ideas....
