[Wine] Tabbing OpenGL War3

I get that as well and I'm familiar with the resulting image as it is
a Windows war3 bug.  Though under Windows you can usually alt-tab
again to get it back to normal.  The computers I used to play war3 on
were net cafe computers so all had the same hardware and software
though only some where effected like this (very few say 3-5 out of 40)
at two different net cafes.

I wouldn't mind helping track this bug down more specifically if one
of the dx guys or wm guys suggested what sort of logs they'd need.
