I agree with Zarl.  Confronting companies with operating system compatibilities isn't really helpful advice for this forum.

http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=10158 suggests that it worked with 0.9.61 when using a nocd patch and just needed d3dx9_33.dll and d3dx9_36.dll  along with msxml3 through winetricks
