Is it this: http://www.canalplanner.com/ ? The download for the free trial for version 7 says explicitly that it won't run on Linux or a Mac. (Version 6 is no longer available.)

If it was working before, you should do a regression test: http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting?highlight=%28regression%29%7C%28test%29 and file a bug report with the info.
