[Wine] how do I get it working ?

Why are you trying to use windows dlls? Wine ships with its own.
Reinstall your apps in wine, don't run them from a windows partition.
First off, since it sounds like your setup is questionable at best:
$ rm -rf ~/.wine
$ wine setup.exe # install your program here
