[Wine] Rise of Nations, not working under Debian.

Have you installed the nvidia drivers from nvidia.com or the appropriate 
nvidia-[kernel|glx] packages from Debian?  If not, you probably need to take 
a look at this:  http://wiki.debian.org/NvidiaGraphicsDrivers
