[Wine] msvcrt.dll._except_handler4_common

Hello!

I'm getting always the following error message when I try to install some Windows apps with wine (eg. NuSphere phpIDE, or MS Visio 2003, which both should work fine)::

I downloaded the DLL from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcrt and replaced it in wine's System32 folder, but still getting the same error. Is this a knowing issue and how can I resolve it?

BTW: I tried it with all 3 release candidates of wine 1.0.
