Thanks to everyone for the help, opinion or whatever.... finally SIP 2007 works, yes finally works  8) thanks thanks thanks... the solution eas reinstall some components with winetrics.

It works a little crazy but works. Sometimes i have to set the version to NT and sometimes to 98  :P but this programs ware very very bad, so it never will work  "super" with wine.
