[Wine] Advantages of compiling from source?

PC is rather old - it will take you about 2 hour to compile wine (on my old
Duron 1200 it took about 1 hour 30 minutes). The only advantages you may get
are: "fresh" wine if you are using "not so popular" distro, you can also add
some additional patches to your wine to improve some things (and usually
brake some at the same time ;] ). That's it.
