http://test.winehq.org/data/ is about the best place to see how things are going.

Only 1 major issue.  The conformance tests used to test wine as can be seen there is not 100 percent perfect and complete.  Other than that gauge is quite good.

Also they are not 100 percent complete yet either.   Also they do detect that windows API is not as constant as a lot of people think.
