[Wine] Running apps with wine after login to another user account

Hello,

I'm running various apps with wine on OpenSuse 11.0. I have 2 user accounts  in my system. Now, if one user logs in to his account, then logs out (without running any program), wine can't be used when another user logs in. Typing "winecfg" in console does nothing, ps aux shows that some wine related processes run, but no window appears. The same with any application with wine.

If the first user logs in again, wine works!

Is this normal behavior or is just something broken in my system?
